Every package includes the full classics menu — espresso, americano, latte, matcha — hot or iced, plus three specialty drinks you choose ahead of time. Grand packages unlock the entire specialty menu and come with a complimentary tasting so you can pick with your own tastebuds.

Yes — that's the bridal shower cup in the photos up top. For a small add-on fee we print labels with your name, your date, and your menu, and they go on every drink we hand out. Already have stickers you love? Supply them, and we'll pick them up from you before the event and put them on the cups ourselves.

Mostly. The cream top on iced drinks comes off on request and we carry oat milk. One honest caveat: everything is prepared in a shared space that contains dairy, coconut, and oats, so we can't promise zero contact for a serious allergy.

If you really want us there, we'll find a way to be part of your event. Travel within 30 miles of San Jose is included in every package. Past that, we add $1 per extra mile, counted there and back — and we'll talk through the espresso logistics with you, since the machine doesn't love long hauls. Pre-batched espresso travels anywhere; the full machine setup is happiest closer to home.

We book at least a month ahead, and for bigger events two months is even better — it gives us time to make sure every barista your day needs is free for it. The booking calendar only shows the dates we're free. Shorter notice? It never hurts to ask. If we can make it work, we will.

Just the space. We bring our own tables, canopy, and water. For espresso we need one dedicated 20-amp outlet within 50 feet of the cart (not shared with other vendors or sound). No outlet like that? We bring our portable power station for a flat $75.

Sending a booking request costs nothing. EJ looks it over and replies within 24 hours; if it's a go, you get a private link to sign the agreement and pay a 25% retainer, and that's what holds your date. The rest is due 7 days before your event. Need to cancel? Two weeks or more out, you get everything back. Seven to thirteen days out, we keep the retainer. Inside a week, we keep half, since by then we've ordered product and the crew has set aside their day. And if life throws something unpreventable at you, please just talk to us. We're people first, and we'd much rather make it right than keep your money.

We come with our own canopy, so a light drizzle doesn't scare us. For real rain we'll need a covered spot — a garage, a patio, indoors, anywhere dry works, since espresso machines and downpours don't mix. And if the forecast turns on us, we'll work with you to move the setup or find a new date rather than leave you stuck.
