Build your event and watch the price as you go, then send it as a booking request. Nothing is charged yet. EJ looks over every request and replies within 24 hours. If it’s a go, you get a private link to sign the agreement and pay a 25% retainer, and that’s what holds your date. We book from a month out, and the calendar only shows dates we’re free.

Travel within 30 miles of San Jose is included.

The espresso machine needs one dedicated 20-amp, 120-volt circuit within 50 feet of the cart, not shared with other vendors, kitchen equipment or sound. Venues usually know right away.

Every package includes our full classics menu: espresso, americano, latte and matcha, hot or iced.
